Bud & Connie Osuch Memorial Service

On Saturday, June 27th, there will be a memorial service at Huntingdon Valley Presbyterian Church  (HVPC) to honor Bud and Connie Osuch. The family will be receiving guests from 10:15 a.m. until 11 a.m.. Social distancing will be observed. The memorial service will begin at 11:00 a.m. The internment was held in private.

Connie joined HVPC  on April 19, 1973 and Bud joined on December 9, 2001.

Constance H. "Connie" (Horn) Osuch of Hatboro, formerly of Huntingdon Valley, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, May 2, 2020. She was born Dec. 2, 1931 in the Frankford section of Philadelphia.

Connie was a busy wife and mother who desired to give her time to volunteer for Valley Christian School, Successful Living Inc., Huntingdon Valley Mother's Club and also teach Sunday School at Huntingdon Valley Presbyterian Church, where she and Theodore "Bud" were longtime, faithful members.

Connie was a summer resident in Newbury, N.H. on her dearly loved Lake Sunapee. She loved people and poured it out into her Christian hospitality, friendship, volunteerism and kind words to all who knew her.

Theodore R. Osuch Sr., (Bud), of Hatboro, Pa., formerly of Huntingdon Valley, Pa. went home to be with the Lord on June 9, 2020. Born April 20, 1932 in the Frankford section of Philadelphia.

Bud was a Korean War era veteran. He owned and operated Peerless Paper Specialty for over 60 years. He enjoyed volunteering with AAU and The Valley Club where many of his children swam. Bud loved to refinish furniture and for many years had a part-time business with a childhood friend. He was an avid gardener and loved to travel. He was most at home at Lake Sunapee NH where he and Connie were summer residents. Bud and Connie were longtime members of Huntingdon Valley Presbyterian Church.

Connie and Bud were married for 65 years. They were the parents of Ruth Ellen Osuch, Cynthia A. Covel, Suzanne Osuch, Elizabeth A. Jarkowsky and Katherine A. Ehrig, grandparents of 11 and great grandparents of 11.

They were preceded in death by their daughter, Cheryl Anne, and son, Theodore R. Jr.
